Free US Shipping

We offer free shipping on every order to addresses in the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered in an estimated 3-5 days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during the busy holiday season or due to carrier delays outside our control. For Christmas gifts, we recommend ordering early.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible through glowvie.store/help and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package has not arrived, contact us and we will help locate it. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or a full refund.
